Which countries are signatories of the Euro-Med Youth IV Program?

8 countries: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, and Tunisia.

Who publishes the call? The Euromed Youth Unit ? The Delegation of the European Union of each participating country? The European Commission ? The Regional Capacity Building and Support Unit for EuroMed Phase IV Programme?
